Anthony seems to be doing ok.His counts are all low but that is what they wanted with the conditioning before transplant.They say he will hopefully start feeling better around day 10 and his new cells start growing around Day 21.
They are trying to keep him comfortable with the pain medicine from his mucousitis in his mouth.This did go up on his Pain medicine today.
Please pray for pain control for him.
Pray for his skin that it won't break down anymore.

About Anthony
Anthony is our 2 year old wonder! In June of 2008, Rhonda found out about a 4 month old baby who had HLH, which is a rare immunity Disease the only way that doctors know how to cure HLH is to get a bone marrow Transplant . When he flew over from his birth town the doctors had no idea what was going on with this little baby, we are told that there were many times this bright eyed wonder would not make it, but with God's protection he made it. when we met Anthony, we fell in love with and soon he was our foster Son/Brother. After many months we learned that his birth mom was going to allow us to adopt him, we are forever thankful for her, and are in contact with Anthony's birth family. Finally we crammed paperwork that usually takes 6 months to process into 6 weeks, he was adopted May 14, 2009. Anthony is currently in the hospital and is having his Bone Marrow Transplant on July 23,2009.
