Anthony is having his central line removed.They believe the infection is in his line and is sticking to the walls of the Central line.The problem is that there aren't very many more places to put in a new one.He has a small clot in his clavicle and so he will be having ultrasounds and some more testing to figure out where to put a new one in a couple of days.
Please pray:
For his surgery to go smoothly
Pray for the surgeons
Pray that somehow the clot in will dissolve
That we can get the infection under control with the right antibiotics
Pray that a new line can be replaced sometime next week as he will have a peripheral line in until a new one is in.That means they have to poke him daily for lab draws.
