Anthony isn't going home and it looks like we maybe here for awhile.Anthony's cultures grew out from December 1st and he is on a very strong antibiotic that needs to be monitored very closely and so we are in the hospital for the next 17 days unless there is something else they can give him that we can go home on.
The doctors want to take out his PICC line but with all his clots there may not be anywhere to place it.
Please pray that we can fine a antibiotic that will treat this blood infection that we can go home on.
Pray that if this PICC line has to be removed that a new line will go in and be placed easily.
Pray for Anthony's mental health as he is really going stir crazy.
Pray for sleep for Anthony as he isn't wanting to sleep.

About Anthony
Anthony is our 2 year old wonder! In June of 2008, Rhonda found out about a 4 month old baby who had HLH, which is a rare immunity Disease the only way that doctors know how to cure HLH is to get a bone marrow Transplant . When he flew over from his birth town the doctors had no idea what was going on with this little baby, we are told that there were many times this bright eyed wonder would not make it, but with God's protection he made it. when we met Anthony, we fell in love with and soon he was our foster Son/Brother. After many months we learned that his birth mom was going to allow us to adopt him, we are forever thankful for her, and are in contact with Anthony's birth family. Finally we crammed paperwork that usually takes 6 months to process into 6 weeks, he was adopted May 14, 2009. Anthony is currently in the hospital and is having his Bone Marrow Transplant on July 23,2009.
