We just got back from the Dr's with Anthony...If he clears Influenza A then we will go into the hospital on June 28th to start his conditioning and the transplant day will be around July 5th (Day 0).He amazes me that we have had him for almost a year.
God is good and I did talk about our fears and what about the new protocol and the drs assured me that if they didn't think Anthony was strong enough they would wait for the new Protocol.I talked to his birthmom today and she has been in and out of the hospital.Please pray for her as she is battling her own health problems.

About Anthony
Anthony is our 2 year old wonder! In June of 2008, Rhonda found out about a 4 month old baby who had HLH, which is a rare immunity Disease the only way that doctors know how to cure HLH is to get a bone marrow Transplant . When he flew over from his birth town the doctors had no idea what was going on with this little baby, we are told that there were many times this bright eyed wonder would not make it, but with God's protection he made it. when we met Anthony, we fell in love with and soon he was our foster Son/Brother. After many months we learned that his birth mom was going to allow us to adopt him, we are forever thankful for her, and are in contact with Anthony's birth family. Finally we crammed paperwork that usually takes 6 months to process into 6 weeks, he was adopted May 14, 2009. Anthony is currently in the hospital and is having his Bone Marrow Transplant on July 23,2009.
